General Provisions
Credits are debited based on actual use of the service, including unsuccessful requests caused by the user. If the failure is confirmed to be our fault, the corresponding amount of credits will be adjusted or restored. Credits are not electronic money and are not exchangeable for fiat currency. Unless otherwise expressly stated, credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Refunds for Unused Credits
Credits that have already been used are non-refundable. Refunds for unused credits are possible in cases stipulated by applicable law, as well as in the event of prolonged confirmed unavailability of the Service due to our fault.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to info@cortexicai.com with the subject line «Refund.» Your request must include your account email address, purchase date, payment method, transaction ID, and reason for the return (e.g., purchase cancellation within 14 days due to non-fulfillment of obligations; extended service interruption; product or service not meeting stated conditions). A response is typically provided within 3 days. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for purchase. Where permitted by law, non-refundable service provider fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
